Every login event is automatically recorded — capturing information such as the user’s name, role, login time, IP address, country, device, and operating system. This ensures transparency, strengthens cybersecurity, and enables companies to detect and prevent unauthorized access efficiently.
✅ How to access employee logs section
You can access the Employee Access Logs area through the following steps:

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Access Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Access Management.

Select employee access logs: Within the Access management, locate and click on employee access logs. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.

Listing Display: The Employee Access Logs List View in Jazalla provides a transparent and well-organized record of all employee login activities, enabling administrators to monitor system access from one centralized dashboard. Each log entry is presented in a clean tabular format for quick analysis and security review.

User Name – Displays the full name of the employee who accessed the system.

Role – Indicates the assigned system role of the employee (e.g., Administrator, HR Officer, Project Manager).

Last Login – Shows the most recent date and time when the employee successfully logged into the platform.

IP Address – Captures the network IP used during the login session for traceability and security verification.

Country – Displays the geographical location of the user based on their IP address.

Device – Identifies the type of device used to access the system (e.g., Desktop, Mobile, Tablet).
