It includes essential setup areas such as Theme Settings, System Settings, Office Time Settings, Email Settings, Joining Letter Settings, Experience Certificate Settings, and NOC Settings.
This section allows administrators to customize the look, feel, and functionality of the system — from UI themes to HR document templates and notification preferences — ensuring a consistent and professional user experience across all departments.
✅ How to access System Settings
You can access the System Settings page through the following steps:

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Administrator Center: From the left sidebar menu, click on Administrator Center.

Select system settings: Within the Administrator center, locate and click on system settings. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.
🔧System Settings Options
- Theme Settings: Customize the visual appearance of your Jazalla platform, including color themes, layout preferences, and branding elements to match your company’s identity.
- System Settings: Configure global operational parameters such as language preferences, currency format, date and time settings, and default company behaviors across all modules.
- Office Time Settings: Define standard working hours, weekends, and holidays to ensure accurate attendance tracking, shift management, and HR reporting.
- Email Settings: Set up company email configurations, including SMTP details and sender addresses, to enable automated notifications, alerts, and document sharing through the system.
- Joining Letter Settings: Design and manage templates for employee joining letters to standardize the onboarding communication process.
- Experience Certificate Settings: Create and maintain templates for employee experience certificates to ensure consistent and professional documentation when employees exit the organization.
- NOC Settings: Configure No Objection Certificate (NOC) templates for internal approvals, transfers, or employee exit formalities.
