Inventory Management allows supplier companies to efficiently manage all products offered for sale. When a supplier uploads their product catalogue, the system automatically creates inventory records for each item, which are then displayed on the Inventory Management page. Suppliers can view, track, and manually update inventory details such as stock levels, pricing, and availability to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

✅ How to access Inventory Management in Sales

This feature helps suppliers maintain full control over their listings, monitor product performance, and ensure that buyers always see the latest inventory status. By organizing products using UNSPSC classification codes, suppliers can also improve search visibility and streamline catalogue management across multiple categories.

1. Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

2. Navigate to Sales Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Sales Management.

📦Exploring Inventory Listings     

Within the Sales Management section, buyers can view and manage all outgoing product sales through a structured and easy-to-navigate listing view.

• Listing Display: Each sales inventory record displays essential product information, including: 

  • SL (Serial Number)

  • Image of the product

  • Product Title and Product ID  

  • Warehouse Location

  • Stock Quantity

  • Purchase Price

  • Sales Price

• Action Buttons: Each record includes an option button with a ➕ (plus) icon. When clicked, a modal window appears containing a form that allows the buyer to update the quantity (QTY) while displaying the Product Title and Warehouse Name for reference. This helps ensure accurate stock adjustments and transparent sales tracking.
