Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Procurement Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Procurement Management.

Select Contract Management: Within the procurement management, locate and click on contract Management. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed

Initiating an contract:

From the contract listing page, click the Create Contract button located on the right side of the listing.
- You will be redirected to the contract creation form page.

- Completing the form: Fill in the required details to ensure service provider have complete information:

Service Provider Network & Supplier – Select service provider network (e.g., Corporate network/global network) and then select service provider.

Contract Title & Type – Specify the contract title and type (e.g., Lump sum contract, Unit price contract).

Start Date & End Date – Specify the expected start date and end date.

Contract Details – Provide detailed of the contract.

Scope of work – Provide detailed scope of work, deliverables, and performance requirements

Payment Mode – Indicate the preferred payment method (e.g., Advance payment, Milestone payment).

Contract Value – Enter the total contract value.

Local Content – Enter the local content percentage and value if applicable.

Attachment – Upload supporting files (e.g., drawings, specifications, documents).

Once completed, click Submit Contract to submit your contract or click Draft Contract for future edit.
