✅ How to access Assets Management
Jazalla’s Assets Management module is integrated within the Accounting Management section and provides complete control over your company’s tangible and intangible assets.

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Accounting Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Accounting Management.

Select manage assets: Within the Accounting management, locate and click on manage assets. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.

💼Assets List: The Assets section provides a complete list of all registered company assets, including details about their acquisition, cost, and usage. It enables teams to maintain an up-to-date record of both tangible and intangible assets.

Listing Display: Each record in the Asset List View displays the following details:

Asset Name – The name of the asset (e.g., Desktop Computer, Company Vehicle).

Asset Code – Unique code automatically generated for easy identification.

Type – Defines the asset ownership (Purchased or Proprietary).

Asset Type – Classification of the asset (Tangible or Intangible).

Cost – The acquisition cost of the asset.

Book Value – The current depreciated value.

Depreciation Method – The applied depreciation calculation method (e.g., Straight Line).

In-Service Date – The date the asset was placed in service.

Actions – Options to View, Edit, or Delete an asset entry.

📉Depreciation/Amortization Schedule: The Depreciation/Amortization Schedule section automates and tracks the depreciation or amortization of assets over time, ensuring that your financial statements reflect accurate asset values.

🆕Create Asset: The Create Asset page allows users to add new assets to the system quickly and accurately. This ensures every acquisition is properly documented and linked with financial accounts.
