Jazalla’s Double Entry module provides a comprehensive way to manage your organization’s financial accounts and ensure balanced bookkeeping. Follow these steps to get started:

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Accounting Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Accounting Management.

Select Banking: Within the Accounting management, locate and click on double entry. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.

🧾Chart of Accounts: The Chart of Accounts serves as the foundation of your financial structure. It allows you to define and organize every account category — Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, and Operating Expenses — under one centralized view. Each account can be linked to a parent account, creating a clear hierarchical structure for better financial analysis and reporting.

Listing Display: The Chart of Accounts List View presents all accounts in an easy-to-navigate table with the following details:

Code – Unique account code for identification.

Name – The name of the account (e.g., Cash, Accounts Receivable, etc.).

Type – Account classification (Asset, Liability, Equity, Revenue, Expense, etc.).
