Client Management within the Services Management module provides tools for managing relationships with buyer companies. It allows companies to create a directory of clients, track business engagements, and monitor client performance and invoices.

With Client Management, companies using the Services management module can maintain strong and organized relationships with their buyers who request services. It provides full visibility of client interactions, including bid, proposals, contract, and invoices, while ensuring smooth collaboration.

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your registered credentials.

Navigate to Services Management: From the left-hand sidebar menu, select Services Management.

Select Client Management: Within the services management, click on Client Management. You’ll be redirected to a dedicated page displaying all available options
🏢 Exploring Client Management Section
The Client Management feature in the Service Management module allows companies to efficiently manage their relationships with buyers. Here, clients represent companies that have activated the Procurement module on Jazalla. With this feature, you can build a corporate directory of buyers, track all past engagements, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Corporate Clients:This section displays a list of all clients already connected with your company. From here, you can review their profiles, monitor purchasing history, and take necessary actions. Each client entry provides two key functions on the right:

In-Active: Temporarily deactivate a client when needed.

History: View a full record of past interactions, including orders, invoices, and other relevant transactions.

Add & Invite Client: Companies can grow their corporate client network in two ways:

Jazalla Companies: Browse a list of registered companies on the Jazalla platform and send invitations with a single click using the “Invite” button.

External Companies: For businesses not yet on Jazalla, you can manually add them to your client network by entering their company details.

Pending Invitations: Once an invitation is sent, it appears in the Pending section until the recipient responds. At any point, you can cancel the invitation from this section.

Received Invitations: This area displays all invitations received from other companies. Using the action options, you can accept or reject these invitations, enabling mutual supplier relationship
