The Manage Role & Permission section in Jazalla empowers company administrators to define, control, and customize what each employee can access or perform within the system.
A Role represents a user’s position or function within the company (e.g., Manager, HR Officer, Procurement Staff), while Permissions determine the specific modules, actions, or data that role is allowed to view, edit, or manage.
This centralized access control ensures security, accountability, and operational clarity — giving every user the right level of access based on their responsibility.
