The Goods Receipt module allows buyers to track incoming goods and confirm receipt of deliveries from suppliers. It's ensures seamless coordination between suppliers and buyers, covering both sales delivery orders (supplier side) and procurement goods receipts (buyer side). Each step in the delivery process is automatically tracked through system statuses, with corresponding document generation (PDF delivery notes) and real-time notifications to both parties.
✅ How to access Goods Receipt
This structured flow guarantees transparency, traceability, and smooth execution from dispatch to receipt.

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Procurement Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Procurement Management.

Select Goods Receipt: Within the procurement management, locate and click on goods receipt. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed


🚚 How to Manage Goods Receipt
Once a supplier has dispatched and delivered the items, buyers can efficiently manage the receipt of goods through the Goods Receipt feature. This ensures accurate tracking and confirmation of deliveries in real time.
The Goods Receipt List displays all incoming deliveries, showing key details such as Order ID, Supplier Name, Delivery Date, Items & Quantity, and Current Status. Each record clearly indicates whether the delivery is Pending Receipt or Completed.
From the Action column, buyer can:

View Details: Access the full delivery order information and progress timeline.

Download Delivery Note (PDF): Available once the delivery note has been issued.

Mark Item Received – This option becomes available once the supplier has marked the items as delivered. By clicking this button, the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, and the delivery is officially marked as Completed.

The Goods Receipt Details Page provides a stepwise view of the delivery process, showing the timeline from order creation to supplier dispatch and final receipt. This ensures transparency and accountability, making it easy for buyers to track and confirm each delivery.
