The Non-Compliance List in Jazalla’s Project Management module serves as a centralized record for tracking and managing all reported issues, defects, or non-conformities identified by clients during project execution or review. It acts as a bug or issue tracking system, ensuring that every reported concern is documented, assigned, and resolved in a structured and transparent manner.
When a client reviews completed work and identifies an issue — such as a technical defect, quality deviation, or missing requirement — it is logged into the Non-Compliance List. Each entry includes details such as the project name, issue title, description, assigned team member, and current resolution status.
