The Project System Settings section in Jazalla defines the foundational configurations that govern how projects, tasks, and issue tracking operate across the entire Project Management module. It ensures that every project follows a standardized structure, allowing consistent tracking, workflow automation, and accurate progress reporting from initiation to completion.
Through these settings, administrators can establish key operational parameters — such as task workflow stages and non-compliance status types — which are later applied automatically when creating or managing projects. This helps maintain uniformity, improves coordination between teams, and ensures transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
