Within the Manage Project section, users can easily handle every aspect of project execution — including defining milestones, assigning teams, tracking budgets, managing tasks, updating progress, and monitoring local content contributions. This ensures that every project remains transparent, well-organized, and fully compliant with client and company standards.
✅ How to access manage project section
Jazalla’s Manage Project section is part of the integrated Project Management module, where users can view, update, and control all ongoing projects in one place. Follow these steps to access it:

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Project Management: From the left sidebar menu, click on Project Management.

Select Manage Project: Within the Project management, locate and click on manage project. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.
📋Project Grid Display: The Project Grid Display provides a clear and organized overview of all active, pending, and completed projects. Each project card presents key information at a glance, helping project managers and company executives monitor progress and status efficiently.

Each card displays essential project details such as:

Project Title & Number – The official project name and unique project number.

Project Status – Shows whether the project is In Progress, Pending, or Completed.

Project Type – Indicates whether the project is Internal (for internal departments) or External (for clients).

Contract No. – Displays the related contract reference number if the project was created from an approved contract.

Created By / Created For – Identifies the project creator company and the client or department it’s created for.

Start & Due Date – Displays project duration, helping to monitor timelines.

Action Options: From the grid, users can open any project to view detailed progress, milestones, and tasks or use the filter and add buttons to manage the displayed list efficiently.
🏗️How to Create a Project: The Create Project page allows users to define a new project manually or initiate it from an approved contract.

To create a new project, follow these steps:

Click on “+” (Add Project):
From the Manage Projects grid, click the “+” button to open the Create Project form. -
Fill in the Required Information:

Project Name: Enter the official name of the project.

Start Date / End Date: Select the planned start and completion dates.
-
Estimated Hours: Enter the total number of estimated working hours.
-
Project Value: Specify the financial value of the project.
-
Project Type: Choose Internal or External depending on the project’s nature.

Contract: (Optional) Select an approved contract if applicable.

Project Manager: Assign the responsible project manager from the user list.

Project Status: Define the initial project status (e.g., In Progress, On Hold, Completed).

Project Description: Provide an overview of the project objectives, deliverables, or scope.

LC Target by Client (%): The required local content percentage defined by the client.

Proposed LC (%): The percentage of local content planned by the company.

Achieved LC (%): The actual percentage achieved during project execution.

Proposed LC Value: The estimated monetary value representing the proposed contribution.

Achieved LC Value: The final achieved value of local contribution.

Status: Displays the progress or achievement level (e.g., On Track, Achieved, Pending).

Action: Options to view, update, or manage LC data.

📑How to Submit Local Content in a Project: The Submit Local Content page allows users to enter the required details for calculating the project’s Local Content Contribution Value and Score.
