β How to access Company Settings
You can access the Company Settings page through the following steps:

Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your credentials on the Jazalla platform.

Navigate to Administrator Center: From the left sidebar menu, click on Administrator Center.

Select company settings: Within the Administrator center, locate and click on company settings. This will take you to the dedicated page where all available options are displayed.



π’Company Profile
The Company Profile section in Jazalla enables organizations to maintain an up-to-date digital identity within the platform. Here, administrators can fill in essential company details such as the official company name, registration number, establishment year, address, contact information, logo, and ownership type. This profile acts as the foundation for all integrated modules—ensuring your company information is consistent across proposals, invoices, reports, and system records. Keeping this data accurate strengthens business credibility and streamlines document generation across the Jazalla ecosystem.
π¦Bank Information
The Bank Information module allows companies to securely record and manage their financial account details used for transactions within Jazalla. Administrators can store official bank account numbers, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC codes, and branch details to facilitate seamless payments, refunds, or invoicing activities. This ensures accurate fund transfers, supports financial reconciliation, and integrates smoothly with accounting and procurement modules.
π Local Content Baseline Calculation
This feature is designed to help companies calculate their Local Content Baseline (LC) as per Saudi Arabia’s Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) framework. It enables organizations to input key financial and production data to determine the proportion of local value added in their operations. The results provide transparency into how much of the company’s spending benefits the national economy and serve as a benchmark for compliance reporting or tender participation.

The Organization Management section provides a complete overview of the company’s internal structure. Administrators can define departments, assign employees, and link designations to their respective reporting hierarchies. It offers a visual and functional approach to managing the organizational chart—ensuring each department is properly structured for workflow efficiency, approval routing, and inter-departmental coordination.
πApproval Authority
This module empowers administrators to design and manage approval workflows within Jazalla. Users can define hierarchical approval chains for different actions such as purchase requests, expense claims, or document verifications. It provides visual approval graphs showing each step and responsible person, ensuring that all transactions follow internal compliance and authorization rules before being finalized.
πData Access Settings
The Data Access Settings tool allows administrators to precisely control who can view or manage specific company data. Access levels can be defined by role, department, or user group to maintain strict data security. By configuring access permissions here, companies ensure that sensitive information—such as financials or contracts—is only visible to authorized personnel.



πWarehouse Management
This function enables companies to manage their physical or virtual inventory spaces. It supports adding and organizing multiple warehouses, tracking stock levels, and linking items to sales or procurement processes. Warehouse Management ensures complete visibility into available stock, product movement, and replenishment schedules across company locations.

This section defines the transaction fee structures associated with Jazalla’s escrow payment system. It provides full transparency on service charges, allowing both buyers and sellers to review and manage their cost responsibilities before completing a transaction. This enhances trust and financial clarity in all marketplace operations.
πCourier Rate Estimate
The Courier Rate Estimate module allows companies to access real-time shipping rates through Jazalla’s integrated logistics partners (e.g., Naqel Express). Users can estimate shipping costs for their products or documents directly from the system, improving accuracy in quotations, delivery planning, and invoice generation.

This section provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s Jazalla subscription plan. Administrators can upgrade, renew, or modify their plan to unlock additional features such as advanced analytics, e-signature tools, or extended storage. Jazalla’s E-Signature Management allows authorized company representatives to upload and manage digital signatures for use across official documents, including contracts, invoices, and approvals. This feature allows companies to create and manage digital stamps that represent official corporate seals. The E-Stamp can be applied to invoices, letters, or compliance documents to validate authenticity and maintain professional presentation in digital workflows.



πDownload Documents
This tool centralizes access to all company-uploaded documents across modules. It allows administrators to search, preview, and download files quickly—ensuring easy retrieval of essential company records like contracts, certificates, or compliance reports from one secure location.
βDelete Account
The Delete Account section allows companies to permanently deactivate their Jazalla account and erase associated data. This feature ensures complete data control and complies with privacy regulations, allowing organizations to safely withdraw from the platform when necessary.
π§ΎZATCA Integration/Connection
This integration enables companies to connect directly with Saudi Arabia’s Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA). It ensures compliance with e-invoicing requirements, automated tax validation, and secure transmission of financial documents in accordance with Saudi e-invoice Phase 2 standards.
πISIC4, UNSPSC, HS Code Info
It helps companies identify the correct codes for their industry or products, ensuring alignment with procurement, trade, and local content frameworks. This informational module provides reference data for three major global classification systems:

πLocal Content Sector Score
This analytical feature helps organizations measure and benchmark their Local Content contribution within their sector. It provides insights based on LCGPA standards, showing how the company’s performance aligns with national localization goals and economic impact metrics.
