✅ Key Sections
🧾Leave Management: The Leave Management function in Jazalla’s HR module enables HR teams to efficiently handle all employee leave requests while maintaining complete transparency and compliance with company policies. Both employees and HR can create leave requests — employees can submit their own leave applications through the Employee Center, while HR can manually create or manage leave requests on behalf of employees when needed. This flexibility ensures smooth coordination and accurate tracking of all types of leaves, such as vacation, sick leave, or personal time off.
-
Listing Display: The Leave Management list page provides a clear overview of all active and historical leave requests, allowing HR to easily monitor employee absences and manage approvals. Each record includes essential details for quick reference and action:
-
Employee – Displays the employee’s name linked to their profile.
-
Leave Type – Indicates the category of leave requested (e.g., Vacation, Sick Leave, Emergency Leave, etc.).
-
Applied On – The date the leave request was submitted by the employee or created by HR.
-
Start Date – The first day of the leave period.
-
End Date – The final day of the leave period.
-
Total Days – Automatically calculated based on the start and end dates of the leave.
-
Status – Displays the current state of the leave request, such as Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
-
Actions – Create Request, View Details, Approve, or Reject a leave request directly from the interface.
-
Through the Details Page, HR can review the complete leave information, including the reason for the request, any attached supporting documents, and the employee’s remaining leave balance. From this page, HR can approve or reject the request with a single click, and the system automatically updates the leave status and notifies the employee in real time.
🕓 Attendance Management: The Attendance Management feature in Jazalla allows HR teams to efficiently track and manage employee working hours, ensuring accurate and transparent attendance records across the organization. This section provides two main options — Manage Attendance and Bulk Attendance — to streamline daily monitoring and simplify updates.
-
Manage Attendance: In the Manage Attendance view, HR can review detailed attendance logs for each employee. The list displays key information such as
-

This saves time, improves accuracy, and ensures the organization maintains up-to-date and compliant attendance information.
