Vendor Management provides the tools to manage relationships with suppliers and service providers efficiently. It allows companies to build a corporate directory of vendors, monitor business engagements, evaluate performance, and manage invoices.

✅ Navigation to the Vendor Managment   

By digitizing vendor management, Jazalla ensures that organizations can build long-term, reliable supplier relationships, minimize risks, and gain better control over sourcing strategies.

1. Log In: Sign in to your Jazalla account using your registered credentials.

2. Navigate to Procurement Management: From the left-hand sidebar menu, select Procurement Management.

3. Select Vendor Management:  Within the procurement management, click on Vendor Management. You’ll be redirected to a dedicated page displaying all available options.

🏢 Exploring Supplier Management Section

The Supplier Management option is designed to manage suppliers who operate under the sales management module as their primary business activity. These suppliers are verified companies, and their profiles can also be cross-referenced in the Business Directory section for additional details.Within Supplier Management, users have access to several dedicated areas: 

• Corporate Suppliers: This section displays a list of all suppliers already connected with your company. From here, you can review their data, check their engagement history, and take necessary actions. Each supplier entry includes two key functions on the right:

  • In-Active: Temporarily deactivate a supplier when needed.

  • History: View a full record of past interactions, including orders, invoices, and other relevant transactions
    

• Add & Invite Suppliers: Companies can grow their corporate supplier network in two ways:

  • Jazalla Companies: Browse a list of registered companies on the Jazalla platform and send invitations with a single click using the “Invite” button.

  • External Companies: For businesses not yet on Jazalla, you can manually add them to your supplier network by entering their company details.

• Pending Invitations: Once an invitation is sent, it appears in the Pending section until the recipient responds. At any point, you can cancel the invitation from this section.

• Received Invitations: This area displays all invitations received from other companies. Using the action options, you can accept or reject these invitations, enabling mutual supplier relationships.

📋 Exploring Service Provider Management Section

The Service Provider Management option works in the same way as Supplier Management but is tailored for companies that operate primarily under the services management module. These are verified service providers, and their details are also accessible through the Business Directory section. Within Services Management, users have access to several dedicated areas:  

• Corporate Service Provider: This section displays a list of all service providers already connected with your company. From here, you can review their profiles, track past engagements, and take necessary actions. Each service provider entry includes two key functions on the right:

  • In-Active: Temporarily deactivate a service provider when their services are not required.

  • History: Access a complete record of previous engagements, including service requests, proposals, invoices, and other related transactions.

• Add & Invite Service Provider: Companies can expand their service provider network through two options:

  • Jazalla Companies: View a list of service providers already registered on the Jazalla platform and invite them directly by clicking the “Invite” button.

  • External Companies: For providers not yet on Jazalla, you can manually add them to your network by entering their company information.

• Pending Invitations: When an invitation is sent, it will appear in the Pending section until the service provider responds. You can also cancel the invitation from this section at any time.

• Received Invitations: This section displays invitations received from other companies. From here, you can either accept the invitation to establish a mutual business relationship or reject it if not applicable.

👉 Important Note: If a company has both Sales and Services modules activated, it will appear in both the supplier list and the service provider list. However, once you add the company as a supplier and it accepts your invitation, it will automatically be removed from the service provider list and categorized solely as a supplier within your network.
